Objectives

Our Skills Trainers are part of a growing network of experienced professionals bringing their expertise and international experience to create an engaging and dynamic learning environment. Our training materials are prepared by our in-house experts following a diagnostic consultancy and are accessible via our award-winning platform.

Responsibilities

  • Providing dynamic, effective and interactive training sessions
  • Adapting pre-prepared training materials where required
  • Communicating in a constructive and professional manner with internal teams

Qualifications

  • A relevant qualification in either intercultural and/or communication skills

Key Skills

  • A minimum of two years’ experience delivering training in a corporate environment
  • Recent corporate experience (non-training positions)
  • Ability to apply adult, experiential learning principles
  • Ability to implement the development of concepts and behavioral strategies via scenarios, specific events, and prior experiences of the participants.
  • Ability to facilitate a participant-focused coaching approach to materials and information
  • Strong facilitation skills and comfort with flexible and fluid training situations
  • Demonstrable experience of virtual and face to face delivery
  • Positive, confident and enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to engage both small and large groups of learners
  • At ease with using computer technology
