Learnlight is dedicated to developing talent with innovative training in languages, intercultural and communication skills.
We are currently looking for English trainers in Mexico City to deliver hybrid language classes. Hybrid teaching involves conducting both in-person sessions at our client offices across Mexico City as well as online classes.
The vast majority of sessions are delivered online, with on average one in-person session per workday in different offices within Mexico City such as Reforma, Cuauhtémoc, Cuajimalpa de Morelos and Iztapalapa among others.

What is a Learnlight language trainer?
A Learnlight trainer is more than just a teacher. They are also a motivator and personal mentor who guides students through their learning experience. Responsibilities of a Learnlight language trainer include:
Travelling on average once a workday to a client’s office for an in-person session, in addition to conducting online sessions
Delivering dynamic, effective and engaging sessions to students
Providing valuable, written feedback to students
Monitoring students’ progress and guiding students towards their learning goals
Communicating in an efficient, effective and professional manner with internal team
Requirements
Availability: Part-time (12-15 hours/week) or full-time (20-25 hours/week) commitment within our peak times, Monday to Friday
Willingness to travel around the city for face-to-face classes when required
Strong command of English (must be advanced or fully proficient)
High school/college graduate (college degree can be in progress)
Creative, dynamic and friendly
Professional attitude and willingness to learn
Interest in gaining language teaching experience at an EdTech company
Technical Requirements
Internet connection with 30 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed
Laptop computer
UTP cable and UPS (emergency battery) with 30 minutes of backup charging
Headset with internal microphone
Must have noise-free space for online teaching
Conditions include
Choice of part-time of full-time contract
Eligibility for monthly bonus scheme
Vacations starting off with 15 days upon first year of seniority instead of the 12-day period by law
Annual vacation bonus (prima vacacional) equal to 25% of your assigned paid vacation days upon reaching seniority
Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) 22 days paid instead of the 15-day period by law
