Intercultural Program Managers are responsible for successfully managing intercultural training programs from authorization to billing and to ensure high quality of program set up and training delivery. They need to have ongoing communication with clients, trainers and SMEs and international assignees to support the delivery of assignment related Intercultural Training programs and co-ordinate with the other Learnlight teams to assure we meet and exceed training objectives.
