Virtual Intercultural Skills Trainer Recruiter


The objective of the Trainer Recruiter is to build a trainer network.  


Recruitment and Selection 

  • Organise and manage reactive and proactive recruitment campaigns for new language, intercultural and communication skills trainers 
  • Screen applications and make initial contact with potential candidates to establish their suitability for each training requirement 
  • Organise trainer interviews, evaluations and reference checks 
  • Conduct Intercultural Trainer interviews 
  • Liaise with F2F Team and the Client Management Team regularly 
  • Maintain and update advertising on external websites 

Advertising and Sourcing 

  • Source profiles for tender responses  
  • Carry out effective demographic research and advertising 
  • Select, place & track advertising sources 


  • Respond to, evaluate and manage speculative trainer applications 
  • Develop and maintain an efficient workflow process, template tracking, guides, toolkits and procedures 
  • Maintain trainer database and trainer records 
  • Keep trainers regularly updated on changes in procedure 
  • Respond to trainer queries in a timely and professional manner 
  • Update key systems with changes to trainer status  
  • Update existing trainer information  

Trainer Onboarding 

  • Maintain trainer database 
  • Send, collect and manage all new trainer documentation such as trainer contracts, guidelines, agreements, legal compliance, profiles and certificates 
  • Track on-boarding administrative process on relevant follow-up spreadsheet 
  • Trainer setup on internal systems  
  • Manage the re-registration procedure for dormant trainers 
  • Conduct inductions for new trainers face-to-face or over the telephone records 

Key Skills 

  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Candidate Management Systems (CMS) 
  • Familiarity with intercultural theories and tools 
  • Background and/or experience in a business or marketing environment  
  • Associate degree or equivalent; college degree  
  • Proficient level of English    
  • Advanced knowledge of other language/s  
  • Strong decision-making skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness and sensitivity  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Result oriented, self-motivated and a team player  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong organizational and planning skills 
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines 


Contract Type: Freelance/Private Contractor/Self-employed  

Schedule: Full-time; Six month contract with the possibility to extend (European time zone)   

Location: Online/Virtual/Remote
